  • When is the subscriptions gets shipped?
    We do all possible to ship all the subscriptions on between the 5th of the month. In the case that 5th is on a weekend or Holiday your subscription will be shipped in the next Business day.

  • Can I swap my subscription?
    Absolutely, once we release the fabric designer, you decide to swap your current box for a Modern or Classic subscription box, and you have until the 20th of the month to make this change. In order to Swap your subscription box you'll need to: 1. You'll need to Log In to your Account. 2. Under the profile Menu Click in PreCuts Quilt Box Settings. 3. Click in Swap My Subscription. 4. Fulfill the Swap My Subscription Form.
  • How can I return or exchange my subscription box?
    Unfortunately, our subscription boxes are not refundable or exchangeable. We don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges in our subscription boxes, and we'll not accept returns without an RMA number. However, if your box gets lost by the postal services, we'll contact the United States Postal Services and initiate a recovery claim. If the recovery is not posible, we'll create a lost mail claim. Once the claim is declared as lost, we'll issue a new box at no additional cost.
  • I have not receive my subscription box, What can I do?
    We ship our subscription box between the 5th to 8th of each month. If you don't see your box by the 15th of the month please fill the form Where is my Box? In order to Allocate your subscription you'll need to fill out the Where is my Box? form. 1. You'll need to Log In to your Account. 2. Under the profile Menu Click in PreCuts Quilt Box Settings. 3.   • When Will My Subscription renew?
    Your account will be charged on the same day that you signed up each month for as long as you continue your membership.
  • What does my membership give me?
    Once registered, you will be receive the subscription you choose.   • What is the cancellation policy?
    Your membership may be canceled at any time, no questions asked and you'll need to fill out the Cancelation Policy Form HERE Due to the digital nature of the membership, refunds are not available, so be sure we're a good fit before you purchase! This is a subscription service that will be billed monthly. If you wish to cancel in the current month, you must do so 15 business days before your next billing date which will be the same day each month. Please make note of the day of the month that your membership renews. Refunds are not granted once the payment has gone through. Members pricing gets locked in at the time they become a member. If you cancel and return in the future, you'll be subject to whatever price the membership is at that time. This membership is for PERSONAL use, not for agencies or companies or classroom settings, and is not to be shared.
