My Subscription has not arrived!

All subscription begins to ship on the 25th of each month to the 30th of the month.

If you have not received your subscription box by the 5th of the following month please fill the form below.

We'll contact the postal services.

  • If your package tracking number has not been delivered and the postal services declare your subscription as lost we'll replace your subscription box as soon we receive the notification you don't need to file a claim with the postal services.

  • IF your subscription tracking number shows that id on its way over 20 days we suggest you to contact your local postal services for more information or file a missing mail with the postal services Here.

  • If your subscription box tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received the package please contact the postal services or file a lost package with the postal service here once the package is delivered id responsibility of the postal services to allocate or refund your package.
